“Upon arrival, we were greeted by amazing staff. We arrived late but were accommodated with room service. The next day we were greeted by Alvin, he gave us all the details about the activities, he was such a great source of information and kept us in the loop. The drinks kept flowing from the amazing bar tenders. Alvin helped answer all questions and took the time out of his busy day, to remember our individual names. The pools were perfect, the staff was great and I would totally recommend coming here again to anyone. It was just such a fun and memorable time. It’s great to have people you can trust and cont on. We totally get at home”

“We just recently stayed at Iberostar Cancun and it was a blast! We were there with a large group for a few friends birthdays. We had a partial ocean view room and the view was still gorgeous! The resort had a lot of options and stuff going on. I think overall the staff is what makes this place awesome. They became our friends throughout our stay. Hector was our main pool activity buddy and we was amazing, so fun and engaging. He even showed us to some of the shows at night which were fun! Fernando and Jaime in the main lobby bar were top notch, so sweet and so fun! They took great care of us! Irving at the American Bistro was prob our favorite server who made sure we were well taken care of. Our rooms were cleaned very nicely daily. I would definitely stay there again!”
