First and foremost I want to thank Karina the hotel manager, she has been amazing with everything. To make a long story short I tested positive for covid-19 and realized i had to quarantine in my room. After spending NYE and first days of the year at a hotel room the positive side of the story ( no pun intended) is Karina Luna , she helped me with my laundry ,food , hot drinks , checked-in on me , even helped me changed my flight with the airline after i wasnt able to . Thank you Karina for being the best hotel manager i ever encounterd and thanks to the NH cancun staff for taking care of my needs.

O hotel fica a cerca de 15 minutos de carro do aeroporto. Os quartos são espaçosos e a cama é com certeza a principal razão pela qual eu voltaria novamente.Fora isso, é muito terrível. Nosso primeiro quarto estava muito sujo e nenhuma limpeza foi feita no banheiro. Depois de mudar para outro ainda não estava muito limpo, mas administrável - tivemos que pedir sabão e toalhas apenas. Detalhe engraçado, em baixo fluxo a água da torneira não chega à pia… O café da manhã foi super caótico, claramente uma falta de raciocínio por parte da gerência do hotel. 3 coitados correndo como galinhas sem cabeça, sem nenhuma organização, mas com muita boa vontade!

O quarto era muito bom, as camas extremamente confortáveis. A localização é próxima ao aeroporto, o que é ótimo. Eles pareciam um pouco insuficientes no restaurante, mas Eric foi muito bom! A área da piscina foi um pouco um desastre com vidro quebrado sentado por um tempo, mas no geral todos foram amigáveis.

Ele se salva da insuficiência graças ao quarto. De resto, um hino à sujeira (ver foto) e aproximação. Vamos começar com a máquina de café... sem as pastilhas. Desculpa responsável: o fornecedor não entregou. As pílulas podem ser encontradas em TODAS as superlojas e me recuso a pensar que eles não tinham dinheiro para enviar um entregador para comprar 2 caixas. Café da manhã: pediu 2 cappuccinos: resultado. Não é nada bom e tem que pagar separadamente porque não é possível carregá-los no quarto. Da sujeira já mencionada. É melhor encobrir as escolhas do arquiteto no revestimento do banheiro. Azulejos com superfície irregular (produzidos, reproduzindo pedra natural) prontos para receber toda a sujeira e consolidá-la com a umidade do vapor ..... Má experiência. Não recomendado.

Pésimo servicio, las habitaciones sucias, nos cambiaron de habitación 3 veces porque encontramos cabello en el piso, sin ameninades, las mesas sucias. En el restaurant, pésimo servicio de los únicos 2 meseros que atienden a todos. Largas filas para desayunar. El peor hotel que en mi vida me hospede.

There hotel is about 15mn drive from the airport. Rooms are spacious and the bed is for sure the main reason I would go back again.Other that than it’s pretty terrible. Our first roomwas really dirty and no cleaning was done in the bathroom. After switching to another one it was still not very clean but manageable - we had to ask for soap and towels only. Funny detail, at low flow the faucet water does not reach the sink… The breakfast was super chaotic, clearly a lack of thinking by hotel management. 3 poor guys running around like headless chickens without any organisation but a lot of good will !

Very low standard of service. Room service was slow, we were waiting for our dinner more than 2 hours. Breakfast area was dirty, with lack of plates, glasses and spoons. Food tracks were half empty, hot station guy was alone and slow and couldn’t manage the people flow. Coffee machine didn’t work, no water, juices are not fresh.

Nice room, good bed. Spotty cleaning. The "juice" made from chemical powder and the really awful coffee at breakfast seem very out of place in a hotel trying to be nice.

Alojamiento práctico cerca del aeropuerto (a unos 8km). Las instalaciones son bastante nuevas, habitaciones comfortables y cama cómoda y amplia. Aparcamiento gratuito. El desayuno a causa del Covid muy poco práctico ya que era un buffet que no podias cogerlo tu mismo, pero se entiende.

The room was very nice, the beds being extremely comfortable. The location is close to the airport which is great. They seemed a little understaffed at the restaurant but Eric was very nice! The pool area was a bit of a disaster with there being broken glass sitting for a while, but overall everyone was friendly.

Staff is not helpful. Room only had one towel: I had to ask 4 times to finally get them...after 4 hours! Common areas are not clean and the restaurant is the worst I experienced. Even breakfast was very bad... Finally what kind of airport hotel does not offer a shuttle to the airport? Well this one doesn't and you have to pay an insane 550 pesos for a 10-minute ride to get to Cancun airport. This hotel does not meet the NH Hotels standards by far!

Cuidadoso. Este não é um hotel de aeroporto. Não há ônibus e os táxis são tudo menos confiáveis no que diz respeito aos preços. Não há um minimercado por perto. Sem água ou chá grátis no quarto ou no ginásio. A piscina é muito pequena e não pode ser utilizada para nadar. Do lado positivo. Os quartos são amplos, bem equipados e elegantes. E tranquilo, com camas enormes e uma seleção de travesseiros. O café da manhã é médio, com opções saudáveis limitadas.

Careful. This is not an airport hotel. There is no shuttle and taxies are anything but reliable in regards to pricing. There is no mini mart close by. No free water or tea in the room or gym. The pool is very small and not usable for swimming. On the upside. Rooms are large, well equipped and stylish. And quiet with huge beds and a pillow selection. Breakfast is average with limited healthy options.

O hotel fica a apenas alguns minutos de carro do aeroporto. Os quartos eram muito bons. O pequeno-almoço também era muito bom. Como chegamos em um vôo atrasado, nós ficamos aqui. É muito adequado para isso. Do lado positivo, deve ser enfatizado que os plugues de alimentação europeus também podem ser usados. Além disso, os quartos têm vários conectores USB que podem ser usados para carregar - algo deveria ser padrão, mas infelizmente não é.

Os quartos são excelentes, espaçosos e muito confortáveis. O serviço deixa muito a desejar e o pior, os corredores nos andares dos quartos são nojentos e por mais que você diga limpe nunca. Fiquei 10 noites trabalhando e as 10 noites estava sujo, dói não tirar foto. O hotel é prático, bom, confortável e com boa comida. Se você vai trabalhar e tem um orçamento limitado, é altamente recomendável.

Las habitaciones son excelentes, amplias y muy confortables. El servicio deja mucho que desear y lo peor, los pasillos en los pisos de las habitaciones están asquerosos y por más que dices que por favor limpien nunca lo hicieron. Estuve 10 noches por motivos de trabajo y las 10 noches estaba sucio, lastima que no tome foto. El hotel es práctico, bueno, cómodo y buena comida. Si vas de trabajo y tienes presupuesto limitado, es muy recomendable.

Hotel is beautiful and modern but our room was provided with shampoo, no hand soap! I requested from the front desk as suggested and it never arrived to my room. We had to shower, and wash our hands with shampoo. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and half of the items on the menu were not available. It took over 40 minutes to get our food after we placed the order and they didnt even bring all the plates at the same time.

I’ve never seen such a poor service... We went to the restaurant for dinner, we received one plate 1h30 after ordering it and the second 2h after. Even more surprising, people who came in later got their food before us (still more than 1h after they ordered...). There were minimum 4 waiters and 3 cooks and still they were not able to take care of 5 tables at the restaurant to deliver basic orders (pasta, fajitas, etc). After this bad experience, I preferred not to come back and get room service for breakfast. 1h after my order, still no confirmation or update despite numerous calls to front desk so I had to cancel it. Apart from that the room is clean and well furnished. However please note that I was really surprised to see that all rooms are putting their food trash in the hallway and no one collected it during our 24h stay (staff clearly saw it but no one appeared disturbed by this lack of cleanliness). Strange hotel, ok for airport transit only

Quit beautiful with very good quality breakfast but adds $15,00 us or 295 pesos. Rm 249 is last on corridorbut offers 2 windows vs. 1.The hot water forshower was a problem...only worked for last few minutes out of 3 showers.But I'd stay again because the bed is excellent! And the price is great. ..

Had to book a night in Cancun due to Spirit airlines incompetence. Staff was very helpful with a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The overall hotel and room was very clean and pretty new. The bed was very comfortable which was a nice surprise as well. We ordered almost everything off the menu and it all exceeded expectations. It is very close to the airport but it is away from everything else, so if you wanted to walk to get something, this probably isn't the place to stay.

O hotel é super novo e moderno. Quarto limpo e staff muito atenciosos. Único “problema” é a localização, ao redor do hotel não tem nada além de construções e mata. O cardápio é bem limitado mas só pedir pro garçom algo diferente que fazem com bom gosto.
