If you visit Cancun and want an amazing resort this is your way to go! From the moment you arrived at the lobby of this resort, I felt it was something unique and amazing. The view, service, and again service is the best you will get for your money. The best thing about this hotel is they do have people who clean early morning seaweed from the beach, so you have a very clean beach for yourself. For me, that was the most important thing. Excellent location, many restaurants around this resort, and the service again just what any customer wishes when they go for vacation!

My husband and I had the misfortune of staying at your hotel from 12/10/21 in to 12/17/22. In room number 3030 During our stay, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about.First, it took more than a day to find out the refrigerator was not working even though we had a confirmed reservation from the bellboy it was working. We realize it was not working the second day Why it took so long is beyond my comprehension. When I asked the reception staff about the reason of the delay, they said it was because the it was a power outage. Well that is not my problem. They didn’t even let us know. My wife’s medicine was ruined 😡 after speaking with you on 12/17/21 you said I will be getting emails from you guys

We had a great stay in Mariott in Cancun. The property opens up to a beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water. You can also relax by their way pool side or enjoy their spa services. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The hotel offers Japanese, Thai, among other cusines in the hotel. It’s also a beautiful property but what impressed me the most was the beach, the beach was absolutely gorgeous. Special mention to the staffs at the pool and beach restaurants.

Gorgeous view from our room. Staff is very kind and accommodating. The room was clean & it was such a good deal. We flew in late so we stayed here before we headed to a nearby resort for a wedding. We even came back here to stay an extra day before we flew home because we enjoyed this area a lot. The beach is the best here!

Wow!!This was exactly what the Doc ordered.Marriott Cancun was just perfect for us.It wasn't that crowed and the price was right.The hotel is very simple yet elegant. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need.The pool area is really nice and the beach is right there.The best thing about Marriot Cancun are the people working there.They are the absolute best!They are super nice, very helpful and just the nicest people you will meet in Cancun. We visited several other Hotels and while they were nice, Marriott Cancun is the best for us!!

Es un hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones son muy limpias y confortables, la vista al mar y a la laguna son espectaculares, la comida de los restaurantes son buenas, la atención del personal es excelente, en mis días de estancia se presentó una situación imprevista y el personal brindó su apoyo integró, por lo que estoy muy agradecida. Lo recomiendo 100% si quieren la mejor experiencia en sus vacaciones o estancia en Cancún.

Cuidado com cobranças indevidas no cartão, enviei um e-mail questionando a cobrança me disseram que eram as taxas, mas foi um débito extra além do que foi pago no check-out (todas as taxas) e não responderam mais.

This hotel was beautiful, awesome, very clean, modern, and safe. There are about 5 restaurants at hotel and all the food is awesome. The staff and service is what stood out the most. Phenomenal, staff are extremely friendly, say hi, and always helpful. They make you feel at home and comfortable. The hotel itself is fun. Also it’s affordable and not overpriced. They also give a 50$ resort credit each night which can be used for food/alcohol. We really didn’t come out our our pockets. Also they don’t charge those ridiculous incidental, damage deposit/fees.

We had an absolutely fabulous vacation here! Every staff encounter was exceptional. Our check-in experience was quick, efficient, and thoughtful with a follow-up a day later from the concierge to make sure everything was perfect. The spa couples massage was a particular highlight due, again, to the attentive service of the spa staff and the incredible hands of Virginia and Carmen. Additionally, Raul and the other bar staff had such a consistent, positive impact on each day with their thoughtfulness, service, and attention to detail. We will be back! Thanks so much, Marriott Cancun!

We just got back home to Kentucky and our trip to Cancun was amazing. I asked for a room with a nice view and The Marriott did not disappoint! We had a two bed room with a huge balcony overlooking the ocean and pool. It was absolutely stunning! Pink marble floors in the hallway, fresh grey walls with a spacious closet and safe. There was a big dresser, cozy lingerie chair, and small table with chairs for dining. White marble bathroom no tub but the shower was very nice! The pool and hot tub was beautiful, spa and hospitality outstanding. I would recommend this hotel! Stephanie Clarkston
