“The night manager John is beyond incompetent, very dismissive, and not at all what I have come to expect from a customer service at a W property.I booked a 3 night stay, but realized that I meant to book a 4 night stay.After booking online, I called 5 minutes later and spoke to him and he said all rooms were booked and I was out of luck.Just cancel the reservation he says.I let him know that per the online terms, it was non-refundable.He says don't worry, I will authorize the cancel.I cancel the room, go online to book a 4 night stay, and what a surprise, the room is available online after he told me on the phone the hotel was full.I booked the new 4 night stay online, but now he is refusing to refund my original 3 night stay.WHAT IS GOING ON”

“We really enjoyed our stay! It was a bit over a year ago and just now looking at pictures am I remembering what a great time we had. A bit on the pricey side but we’ll worth it!!! The room was amazing and all the common areas were super clean. Staff was polite and cheerful!”
