“Disappointed. We are here now for a wedding. There is a HUGE sargassum seaweed problem all along this Maya Riveria coast. Many resorts are closed due to this problem. The Azul Beach Resort Riviera Maya, by KarismaSHOULD be closed; the beachis disgusting. The decaying seaweed SMELLS EVERYWHERE.Staff is friendly. Food is ok. But, you can not walk our lay on the beach.The odor is overbearing 24/7. The seaweed is literally 50 yds deep along the entire beach of this hotel. Zero people can swim or enjoy the beach.I will/would not stay here (again).”

“UM DOS Piores LUGARES QUE JÁ FUI ********** NÃO FIQUE LÁ ************ ... Este hotel era sujo, eles não tratavam das algas marinhas problema e nossa família ficou muito doente. Nós tínhamos usado as férias do Jetblue, com as quais ainda estamos lutando, para conseguir nosso dinheiro de volta. O hotel sabia que havia problemas com as algas e recusou-se a fazer qualquer coisa a respeito, éramos apenas 1 família em 20 e as pessoas estavam saindo e nos dizendo para não ficarmos lá por causa de quão doentes estavam. A comida não chegava perto de gourmet, era tudo refeições pré-preparadas congeladas. A bebida nos bares parecia velha e não foi guardada depois. Eu nunca vou ficar neste resort ou em qualquer resort sob este proprietário.”
