Edifício decente e não velho.Contras: Sem Bíblia na sala, sem relógio na sala principal, relógio do quarto estava desligado e não pode mudar a hora, piscina não aquecida em outubro e era água fria, sofá-cama barato e você rola para o meio dos lados.Provavelmente ficarei novamente. I chose this place because it was a suite (separate bedroom with door/lock. Also the price was reasonable. This hotel has free breakfast from 6am to 9am and pool with hot tub. Pros: Pool, Breakfast, Friendly Staff, Cellphone app to open doors if forgot card, good for 4 people rooms, maintenance guy fast, friendly and efficient. Decent building and not old. Cons: No Bible in the room, no clock in main room, bedroom clock was off and unable to change time, pool not heated in october and was cold water, sofa bed cheap and you roll to the middle from sides. Most likely will stay again. Don't forget to register for Hilton Honors points.

Principalmente quartos limpos, bem definidos, e muito conveniente para o Chandler Fashion Center. A piscina descoberta e o spa são bons. Os quartos são decentemente decorados, se um pouco degradado. Mostly clean, nicely laid out rooms, and very convenient to the Chandler Fashion Center. The outdoor pool and spa are nice. The rooms are decently appointed, if a bit run down. The floor in the kitchen area was gross. My son ran across it barefoot once, and I made him go wash his feet. That led to the bottom of the tub getting stained with greasy looking black footprints. It was kinda yucky in that regard. Everything else was exemplary though, so I only removed one star.

It's not easy traveling during a pandemic. Steven and the staff at Homewood Suites Chandler made our stay comfortable. The newly created safety protocols made us feel safe. I would recommend to anyone who needs to travel.

This is not a business hotel, it caters to whoever wants to stay there and if they have a big and noisy group/sports team, too bad for you.We actually were at this hotel for a longer stay. We had stayed before with some success so we had good expectations. The first part of the stay was quite nice, they have a nice pool and the rooms seemed good. Did think it was odd that they literally turned out the lights in the dining area at 8pm a couple of times, since you had to walk through the darkened room to get to the elevator.Then, after over a week of peace and quiet, Thursday night came. At midnight we could hear people stomping around in the room above us. It really resonated through the ceiling, it was quite loud. We called down to the desk, who apologized and told us they had just arrived in the room and that they would talk to them. It has no effect.Evidently the construction of the hotel does not isolate heavy footsteps from the room above you!!! And it sounded like multiple people were just stomping back and forth above us.This happens again on Friday night and again on Saturday night.Repeated calls to the front desk did nothing. I went down to talk to the person on duty, and found out that the hotel basically only has a lone young kid working at night, he said he'd asked them several times to quiet down and that they had just ignored him.He said he was trying to keep the group in the lobby more so they wouldn't bother the other guests as much.Oh and they had moved in to the lobby, on the Saturday they had taken over much of the public areas of the hotel, they left their hockey gear on the front lawn of the hotel all Saturday afternoon, and set up their own buffet in the eating area/lobby, putting trays of food out on the tables so they could just hang out there, to the exclusion of all of the other guests.So, the hotel rented out a lot of rooms to a AAA Canadian ice hockey team. Who were completely out of control, stayed up until 1 am every night, and ignored hotel staff. Lucky us. We checked out early and won't be back, as this clearly isn't a quiet hotel, even though they say they are.We also found out that there was only one manager on Sunday when we left that had to cover both the Homewood Suites AND the Hampton Inn next door... She was over helping in the kitchen at the Hampton Inn. Clearly they don't have adequate staffing at these hotels which added to the problems.After this experience, I no longer trust this hotel to provide me with an acceptable place to stay.

You can eat breakfast and dinner lightly, mainly ham, sausage, egg, bread and vegetables. Although not a luxury hotel, the facilities are very clean.It’s so quite to stay long. There is a kitchen in the room. You can cook when the foods do not fit your taste.
