Enjoyed this hotel very pretty and offers lots of facilities, and right on the beach ,rooms could do with redecorating and better cleaning service, the spa and beauty treatments are well worth a visit, meal's are good local food and continental breakfast, offering plenty of choice.

Eu recomendo, o hotel é impressionante, é lindo e bem cuidado, na verdade fica melhor do que nas fotos. Parece muito bom em comparação com os hotéis circundantes. Quartos espaçosos e limpos diariamente. Alimentos muito bons, sucos não diluídos em água. Excelente localização - perto da praia e do centro, mas é calmo e tranquilo à noite. A água das piscinas é limpa, embora na das crianças seja muito fria, até gelada (mesmo no mar era mais quente). Uma grande desvantagem para o serviço no restaurante no jantar - as bebidas são servidas por garçons e muitas vezes você tem que esperar muito tempo para pedir ou lembrar-se várias vezes. É semelhante a esperar pela limpeza da mesa ou da cadeira alta. Durante a nossa estadia não houve muitos hóspedes, e o pessoal, no entanto, não deu conselhos, até mesmo ignorou os convidados. Além disso, pouco conhecimento de inglês. Eu classifico o hotel como 5 estrelas (para os padrões búlgaros), mas infelizmente o serviço é 3.

Lo recomiendo, el hotel es impresionante, es hermoso y está bien cuidado, de hecho se ve mejor que en las fotos. Se ve muy bien comparado con los hoteles de los alrededores. Habitaciones amplias y se limpian a diario. Comida muy buena, jugos sin diluir con agua. Excelente ubicación, cerca de la playa y del centro, pero es tranquilo y silencioso por las noches. El agua de las piscinas está limpia, aunque en la piscina infantil hace mucho frío, incluso helada (incluso en el mar hacía más calor). Una gran desventaja del servicio en el restaurante para la cena: las bebidas las sirven los camareros y, a menudo, tienes que esperar mucho tiempo para pedir o recordar varias veces. Es similar a esperar a que se limpien la mesa o la trona. Durante nuestra estadía, no hubo muchos invitados, y el personal aún no dio consejos, incluso ignoró a los invitados. Además, poco conocimiento de inglés. Califico el hotel como 5 estrellas (según los estándares búlgaros), pero desafortunadamente el servicio es 3.

Thank you for your reference, but during our stay at your hotel no one bothered to address our claims. Although we tried to talk to you a few times. What happened was theft and deception. We arrived at the reception for a quote, this when staying at another hotel. We loved the hotel and the next day we left the hotel we were staying in and arrived at you with our luggage. The price you gave us the day before went up by 30 percent, and the consideration went down for breakfast only (we were supposed to get all inclusive). Even after we explained that we had already made an order the day before, we did not receive a reference and the receptionist was antipathetic and disgusting. We will never get back to you and let everyone we meet know about your impudence and poor service.

Piscinas grandes, bar no meio com preços de bebidas e comidas bem altos, meu maior problema eram os colchões para colocar em espreguiçadeiras muito sujas e manchadas. Mas é um lugar decente para ficar.

Piscinas grandes, bar en el medio con precios de bebidas y comida bastante altos, mi mayor problema eran los colchones para poner las hamacas muy sucias y manchadas. Pero es un lugar decente para quedarse.

Un hotel bien cuidado. Piscinas frescas, una cubierta, gimnasio, saunas y agradables bares y restaurantes crean un lugar maravilloso para relajarse. La gran ventaja es la playa a 100 metros del hotel. Yo recomendaria.

I don't know how was in past, but now the services are poor. Nobody to help you for park access, we had to leave the car and go to the reception to the arrival and departure because the parking system does not work well. the food is not diversified. not all staff are kind and nice. the furniture in the room would need improvements and toilet. The pool is quite cold and a lot of seagull are around. the Royal Mall is empty, the shops are not opened.

Eu recomendo. Hotel na segunda linha costeira. Limpo e espaçoso. Sem acesso à sua própria praia, mas muito perto da praia pública. Quarto duplo com um grande terraço com vista para as piscinas e ligeira vista mar. Bem insonorizado, espaçoso e limpo diariamente. As refeições no hotel são muito saborosas, com uma vasta seleção de pratos. Infelizmente, os quartos estão disponíveis a partir das 14h, independentemente da hora de chegada. Isso pode envolver a espera por um quarto por várias horas. O hotel organiza animações diárias que irão agradar a quem procura relaxamento, não eventos sofisticados. Olhando pelo olhar de famílias com crianças, não há escorregador na piscina para diversificar o tempo.

Experiência brilhante e um encantador hotel para ficar em! Foi um prazer absoluto para ficar nos belos quartos 😍 funcionários são muito acolhedores e prestativos, a maioria tem grande Inglês, quaisquer perguntas que tínhamos, eles foram a milha extra 💪🏻 piscina exterior era agradável e pacífica 🏊🏻‍♂️ bar direita ao lado para ter uma bebida agradável 🍻 .. Se eu estava voltando para a Bulgária, gostaríamos de ficar neste hotel novamente! ❤️

Hotel looks nice and is much quieter than those that surround it which is great at night. You get little noise from the beach or pubs and bars.Male Pool bar staff are obnoxious, especially to women. Half way through the holiday the halved the glad size of the cocktails then advised my friend to get her husbands permission of she wanted a bigger glass. One in particular would be condescending then talk to the two others in Bulgarian and laugh then turn back to you and continue where he left off.Apartments are dated with loose floor tiles that will take your toes off. Door frames attached back on with white tac. Windows in the bedroom that don't tilt, only swing open with no safety latch and are at thigh height. Being 6 floors up it is an easy fall for adult or child. Safety mesh on the balcony was not attached, hanging on by a thread with the whole Bannister into the wall able to move.Feature pillow cases had red stains (wonder what kind) but when raised as a concern to the rep, like everything else on this list, it was ignored.Being self catering, your fridge and freezer are kind of important to making your holiday enjoyable. Unfortunately the latch on the freezer door was missing. Again this was never fixed meaning anything you put in the freezer would melt/defrost if left for more than a day.Wall sockets were more floating sockets as two in the room had holes in the wall bigger than them, making them able to move around.We had friends in half board which worked out cheaper than us and the rooms were above reception (they have the fancy patterned fascia on the balcony). These are much nicer and have clearly been refurbished as stated by the hotel (no matter what Mira from Jet2 tells you).Reception staff tried to be helpful but their messages appear to fall off deaf ears when it comes to the rest of the team. Our friends had their anniversary whilst we were there. I asked for a bucket with ice as I had my own bottle. Instead the offered a bottle of champagne sent to the room. As predicted, nothing arrived. When highlighted to reception the phoned to have bottle sent straight away so we wait in the room drinking and snacking watching the sun go down. The door goes and we are handed a bucket with ice... No champagne. Suppose it's the thought that counts.All inclusive or not at all for this hotel, especially if you have kids as you'll likely have to go a wander out the hotel with them. You'll also get better rooms, better drinks and food that going by our friends in half board was quite good.

This is a very nice 4+* very large rooms we are in a deluxe room with all “mod cons” about the only thing that’s missing is slippers & Gown. Bathroom has all you need with bath and separate shower, towels are changed every day, tea, coffee, kettle, phone, TV, and air conditioning, fridge are all in. There are 3 restaurants, 3 pools 1 indoor with sauna & fitness. There’s a very good choice at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it’s quite close to the beach and plenty of Supermarkets and bars, shops nearby

Brilliant experience and a lovely hotel to stay in! It was an absolute pleasure to be staying in the beautiful rooms 😍 staff are very welcoming and helpful, most has great English, any questions we had, they went the extra mile 💪🏻 outdoor pool was nice and peaceful 🏊🏻‍♂️ bar right beside it to have a nice drink 🍻.. If I was returning to Bulgaria, we would be staying at this hotel again! ❤️

Had a lovely time here with the staff being so friendly. Room service was very good with towels being replaced daily and the general upkeep of the room maintained daily. The restaurant was abundant in choice and the food was wonderfully prepared. The location is excellently with it not being too far from shops, the beach and a shopping centre attached to it with a discount in some stores due to staying at the hotel. The entertainment offered on an evening was varied as well as opportunities to play games by the pool, such as jenga, which was fun. Service towards the end of our stay regarding the bar by the pool slowed towards the end of our stay but overall the quality was good with us having a brilliant time.

The hotel has an amazing bar with two large and impressive pools. Among the pools there is an active bar with a wide range of alcohol, the service of the hotel is very high, the rooms look amazing and nothing is missing. I highly recommend all age groups to stay in this hotel. Five Star Rating.
