“The room was in bad shape. A/C didn’t work and it too them all day to repair it. Bathroom sink had no stopper it was a wide open pipe. Bathroom light fixtures had no shade there were 2 exposed light bulbs. The toilet paper holder was not secured to the wall. The drive in front of the hotel was always blocked. I feel the hotel van should not be parked there blocking half of the drive. When another car comes up to check in the entire drive is now blocked. I spent 10 minutes the night we were checking in blocked in and could not get out of the drive after letting my family out with the luggage at the front door. Overall bad experience.”

“Common areas are newly renovated and beautiful. Hotel service was some of the best we have ever experienced. Rooms themselves are beginning to show their age (especially the bathrooms) but are still very comfortable and didnt detract from the overall wonderful experience of our stay. The business and group meeting facilities were top notch.”
