“First of all when we booked our stay we booked at the hotel riu antilles. Because of covid they closed that hotel and put us in the riu palace. Second we also requested a room with a king size bed. My wife said she did not want 2 queens pushed together . Well guess what when we were ready to go to bed we discovered it was 2 beds pushed together. In order for us to get a king we would have to change rooms and not get a view of the ocean. So we stayed in the room. Third, one day it rained and the water was pouring down from the roof into the bathroom. Called the desk and maintenance said that that always happens when it rains. Finally and the most dangerous is that the flooring in the room and walkways and around the pool is made from a very slippery tile. What the floor in the bathroom got wet. My wife slipped in the bathroom and hurt herself.”
