“Bedbugs were found in my brothers room. When I called with concerns that we had spent a lot of time in their room and my children had bites could they check the room we were in they assured me they would and would get back to me. Also, I had left my wedding rings on the stand. The supervisor assured me they would contact the head of housekeeping and would email or call me to set up how to send it to me. I spent ten days calling both the courtyard by Marriott and the residence inn (sister hotel) leaving messages and gettin the run around. I finally got ahold of Jeremy at the residence inn who’s tone was condescending the whole time he talked to me and kept telling me he wasn’t in any of the times I called. He told me that there were never any bedbugs found for months. Which isn’t true…they were found in my brothers room and they paid to have their home sprayed.I am still waiting for the resolution of these issues. To say I’m frustrated and upset is an understatement. How is ten days time reasonable to resolve bed bug issues and lost wedding rings!?”

“I had a horrible experience starting with the front desk agent,Her name is Jessica she walks around with a attitude and handled me and my husband as if we were nobody's. Now look I get that people have bad days but me and my husband came to this hotel for a doctors convention which was held at the St Johns Riverside Hospital, we stayed a total of 4 days and 3 nights. I am only taking the time to write this review because not only was she rude from the point of check in but after I've checked in it continued for the entirety of our stay.It is not cheap to stay in a one bedroom unit at the residents in so we are paying a paying a good amount of money to stay there but yet we were both treated as if we were so wrong for chosing the facility. I asked Jessica to speak to the Manager and she informed me that the Manager's name is Geremy but he has covid and does not know when he will return. I am disgusted with the staff that this facility chooen to meet and greet the guest. My husband and myself are both doctors we came from Albany for this event and we also paid for the entirity of our stay. The pool was not working and the laundry room charges you ten dollars to wash 1 load of clothes (LITERALLY) housekeeping was very nice to me they deserve alot of credit. I called downstairs to the front desk and asked for a clean set of bathroom towels on the 2nd day which again Jessica took the call and she sounded annoyed that I was asking for towels. Come on you guys need to hire better people. Attitude is all I got from check in to check out date. Please dont waste your time with this facility, next time I will be going to the Hampton INN. Wait I almost forot that my husband went downstairs for breakfast on the 3 morning of our stay, he was met with Jessica at the fron desk who was having a sidebar conversation with another guest telling him about money issues that she is having, how unprofessional is that. Disgusted at this point!!!!!”
