“Eu dei 5 estrelas porque não é tão ruim assim eles precisam continuar pintando os quartos, as casas de banho e precisam substituir o tapete no corredor principal do segundo andar. O primeiro quarto não tinha água quente, o gerente da recepção se ofereceu para mudar o quarto imediatamente. Ótimo atendimento ao cliente, café da manhã incrível e estacionamento seguro.”

“Came with the family for two days, upon entering the first room it had a very strong smell of sewer, went to reception they said they had no more rooms, asked for a refund and then magically a room became available, got moved there, even worse, air conditioner unit was extremely loud, shower water was warm at the best and there was no pressure, had to take a shower leaning on the wall, went down to reception (the phone was also not working) and they said maintenance started at 10am (it was 7am) and there were no rooms available for us to move again, so at the end they didn’t do anything and said a refund was not possible since the beginning, maintenance person eventually came and said it was only this room which had a problem and should get moved...”
