The location was 5 star, however the hotel is not... The hotel is over priced for the service received. It has no parking. The cost to park your car is $35 a day and that was not mentioned when I booked. It was an awful smell soon as you walk in the hotel. The hotel has sewer problems. A 2 night stay was $356 yet I had to find parking and take luggage a long distance.. to come in a smelly hotel. I thought the hotel served food per advertised but it does not. I will not book here again.. nor recommend this hotel. The only thing that was perfect was location.

Este é um ótimo lugar para ficar. Estava no meio de tudo. Poderia facilmente pegar o trem para qualquer lugar. Conseguimos pegar o trem e ir direto para o Estádio Levi. Além disso, muitos restaurantes ao redor podem ser facilmente percorridos a pé. Lugar conveniente fácil para ficar.

This was a great place to stay. Was in the middle of everything. Could easily take the train to anywhere. We were able to take train and go straight to Levi Stadium. Also, a lot of restaurants around to easily walk to. Easy convenient place to stay.

Ok, so the hotel is nice looking. Price is reasonable..BUT....I was very annoyed and frustrated when the staff gave my room to another guest. Check in went rather smooth. When entering my room, there were already guests inside the room having a ball!! Names were mixed up at check-in and apparently matching the guest name and confirmation number proved difficult. I had to call Booking.com, stay on hold for 20 minutes for a resolution only to have my initial reservation canceled. I was asked to rebook online, wasting more time only to end up just leaving and finding another hotel nearby. The front desk only had one person working it while some other lady on the clock was just living her best life wandering around nearby when she could have assisting other frustrated guests. Organize guest services better! Likely not to return again. Make sure the staff knows your name and call ahead to confirm that!

Eu não recomendo este lugar. Minha estadia foi desagradável desde o início. Basicamente sem estacionamento. Você tem que estacionar a 2 quarteirões de distância em outra garagem por US $ 20 por noite. Faça um depósito de $ 150. Eu posso adivinhar o motivo. Este é um hotel universitário. Houve festas durante todo o fim de semana e alunos embriagados em todos os lugares. Os quartos ao meu redor eram todos barulhentos.Em relação ao meu quarto. O ar-condicionado era barulhento. O chuveiro tinha um escoamento lento. E ainda por cima. Só tive água quente para tomar banho às 11h do dia seguinte. Fiquei aqui por 3 noites desagradáveis e desconfortáveis.O lado positivo. Cada funcionário foi muito simpático e amigável. O café da manhã gratuito estava no ponto. Eles servem sanduíches para o café-da-manhã e tiras de torradas que você pode levar no microondas. Frutas frescas. Cereais e aveia. OJ, suco de maçã e café.

Tenho ficado aqui nas últimas 3 semanas, enquanto me mudo para trabalhar. Cada estadia foi ótima. A equipe é super simpática e está sempre pronta para te atender no que for preciso. Da Recepção, que sempre lhe dá as boas-vindas assim que você entra; à Housekeeping and Maintenance, que sempre tinha um sorriso e estava desistindo para cuidar de quaisquer necessidades que pudéssemos ter. Propriedade e quartos foram limpos e convenientemente localizados no centro de restaurantes e locais. O estacionamento é escasso, mas é assim que é a área do centro de San Jose. Portanto, eles com estacionamento com manobrista funcionam perfeitamente, pois você pode simplesmente caminhar até todos os teatros, restaurantes, Market St e o centro de convenções. Obrigado a vocês por tornarem a mudança para o Vale do Silicone agradável.

I do not recommend this place at all. My stay was unpleasant from the start. Basically no parking. You have to park 2 blocks away in another parking garage for $20 a night. Put a $150 deposit down. I can guess the reason. This is a College hotel. There were parties all weekend and intoxicated students everywhere. The rooms surrounding me were all loud. Regarding my room. Air-conditioning was loud. The shower had a slow drain. And to top it off. I didn't have hot water to take a shower till 11am the next day. I stayed here for 3 unpleasant and uncomfortable nights. The plus side. Every employee was very nice and friendly. The free breakfast was on point. They serve breakfast sandwiches and French toast strips that you can microwave. Fresh fruits. Cereal and oatmeal. OJ, apple juice, and coffee.

Have been staying here for the last 3 weeks, as I relocate for work. Every stay has been great. The staff are super friendly and always ready to assist you in any manner. From the Front Desk, who always welcome you as soon as you walk in; to Housekeeping and Maintenance who always had a smile and were quit to take care of any needs we may have had. Property and Rooms were clean and conveniently located to Restaurant's & Venues downtown. Parking is scarce, but that's how the San Jose Downtown area is. So them having Valet parking works perfectly as you can just walk to all the Theater's, Restaurant's, Market St and the Convention Center. Thank you guys for making the move to the Silicone Valley a pleasant one.

The please has a palpable feel of San Jose forging towards being a true metropolitan Mecca. What's the addition of many New horizons it seems San Jose has taken full advantage of silicon valley money and is decorating itself in a way to attract international commerce. It still has a feel of its historic roots mixed with contemporary design and culture.

Limpio, bonito el hotel...No me gustó que no tiene parqueadero propio y tuve que dejar mi carro en otro parqueadero cercano.. pienso que no debia haber pagado por servicio de parking ,.. el parking vale 30 dolares por noche yyo pague 25 dolares por noche ( sin tax),y el hotel me dio solo 5 dólares de descuento para ese parking, entonces pienso que el hotel deberia asumir ese valor del parking... pues llega uno cansado de un viaje largo como para tener a parte que caminar con equipaje mas de 7 min..
