We stopped in for just over night on our way to a so called resort in Orlando. Wishe we could have just stayed at this Hyatt. We had the Family suite, for 5 people, Only issue we had was the floor by the coffee counter was damp. But other than that everything was great. Customer service was wonderful. Buffett breakfast was awesome. Only wish that the pool was bigger. Will definitely stay there again. A lot nicer than the ones in Orlando on International drive. Price is better too.

Ótima equipe! Foram super simpáticos e atenciosos! Os quartos eram espaçosos e limpos. O café da manhã estava incluído. As mesmas opções foram oferecidas todos os 6 dias em que estivemos lá, mas havia muita variedade com opções quentes e frias. A área de jantar foi reabastecido adequadamente e mantido muito limpo. Havia também um Starbucks no local com outras opções pagas disponíveis.

Great staff! They were super friendly and accommodating! Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was included. The same selections were offered all 6 days we were there, but there was plenty of variety with both hot and cold options. The dining area was restocked appropriately and kept very clean. There was also a Starbucks on site with other paid options available.

Fiz o check-in neste hotel para uma viagem de trabalho de 10 dias no dia 3 cancelei o resto da minha estadia e fui para outro hotel e por isso. 1-Check-in queria fazer algum trabalho, mas sem internet. A recepção disse porque é um dia chuvoso!!! 2- 2º dia sem internet muito lenta e intermitente. O teste de velocidade mostrou 3-4 mbps (não consigo nem enviar um e-mail) 3- Falei com o suporte técnico disse que o hotel oferece 5 mbps??!!(em 2022😵‍💫) 4- Nos 3 dias que fiquei lá ninguém limpou o quarto ou pelo menos tirou o lixo e deixou toalhas,sabonete e xampu(veja foto do empilhamento de lixo no quarto) 5- Sem micro-ondas no quarto 6- Eles cobram taxa de estacionamento para seus próprios carros de rajada??!! 7- Perguntei se eles podem trocar meu colchão, pois é duro como uma rocha, a senhora da recepção (não estou brincando) sugeriu que eu pudesse abrir o sofá-cama, é mais confortável que a cama king size ??!!! 8- Viajo muito e vi hotéis ruins, mas esse foi o pior, pelo menos outros hotéis têm internet adequada e dão toalhas limpas, sabonete, xampu e retiram o lixo nos dias que não limpam o quarto. Altamente não recomendado, especialmente se você estiver em uma viagem de trabalho.

Checked in this hotel for a 10 days work trip at day 3 canceled rest of my stay andwent to another hotel and this why. 1-Checked in wanted to do some work but no internet . Front office said because its a rainy day!!! 2- 2nd day no internet to very slow and intermittent . Speed test showed 3-4 mbps(cant even send an email) 3- Talked to the tech support guy said that the hotel offer 5 mbps??!!(in 2022😵‍💫) 4- For the 3 days that i stayed thereno one cleaned the room or at least take the trash out and drop towels,soap and shampoo(see pic of trash piling in the room) 5- No microwave in room 6- They charge parking fee for their own gust cars??!! 7- I asked if they can change my mattress as its hard as a rock,The front desk lady( i am not joking) suggested that i can open the sofa bed, its moor comfortable than the king bed ??!!! 8- I travel a lot and seen bad hotels but this was the worst, at least other hotels have adequate internet and they give you fresh towels, soap, shampoo and remove the trash on the days that they don’t clean the room. Highly not recommended specially if you on a work trip.

Eles nos mudam de um quarto com 2 camas para uma cama e um sofá-cama. Não tem xampu, nem no balcão, o atendimento lá também é ruim. O A / C no quarto é tão alto que você não consegue dormir. O sofá-cama é velho e desconfortável, nem arrumam o quarto e saímos das 9h às 18h. Muito ruim, serviço ruim, quartos ruins.

Estou dando a esta propriedade 5 estrelas puramente devido à equipe! Todos os funcionários que encontrei foram muito simpáticos, prestativos e educados, o que faz toda a diferença em um estabelecimento mais antigo. O café da manhã estava faltando em muitas áreas, mas não mudou minha experiência durante a minha estadia.

Eu gostei da minha estadia aqui. O pessoal é muito agradável e profissional. O café da manhã é excelente. Os quartos são pequenos, mas bem organizados. Eles incluem tudo que minha esposa e eu precisamos para estarmos muito confortáveis.

They change us from a 2 beds room for a bed and a sofa bed room. They don't have shampoo, not even in the counter, service there is also bad. The A/C in the room is so loud you can't get sleep. Sofa bed is old and uncomfortable, they don't even make the room and we leave from 9 am to 6 pm. Really bad, bad service, bad rooms.

I have enjoyed my stay here. The staff are very pleasant and professional. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are small but well organized. They include everything that my wife and I require to be very comfortable.

I'm giving this property 5 stars purely due to the staff! All the staff I encountered were so friendly, helpful, and polite which makes all the difference at an older property. The breakfast was lacking in many areas but didn't change my experience during my stay.

Sempre gostei de vir ao hotel Hayat. Mas desta vez completamente diferente. Primeiro, eles enviaram uma governanta depois do terceiro dia, tivemos que usar o banheiro sem limpar por três dias. Segundo, tínhamos chegado por volta da meia-noite e eu tive que usar meu remédio, mas não encontramos nenhuma garrafa de água no sala. Terceiro, apenas um xampu para bebês por três dias, nada mais no quarto. O mais importante era o café da manhã. Foi horrível. todos os dias, os mesmos ovos, batata e salsicha, infelizmente, não estão quentes e frescos. quando chegamos por volta das 7 da manhã, todo o café da manhã estava frio.

I always enjoyed to came to the Hayat hotel. But this time completely different. First, they sent a housekeeper after the third day, we had to use the restroom without clean up for three days .second, we had come around midnight and I had to use my medicine but we couldn't find any bottles of water in the room. Third, just one baby shampoo for three days, nothing else in the room. The most important thing was breakfast. It was horrible. every day the same eggs, potato, and mini sausage unfortunately are not hot and fresh. when we came around 7 Am all the breakfast was cold.
