“High end prices without the high end service. The hotel puts on an appearance of 5-star luxury but it is understaffed, and encountered many long waits at check-in, concierge, bars, etc.
We went when covid testing was required ti get into the usa, and the process was a nightmare, with staff becoming downright confrontational - which made for such an u comfortable experience, we just went to the local hospital.
The beach is very public and not very functional, the pools are small, and there are too many rooms and guests to support the amount of staff and amenities… but design is nice and would be worth it if you get a good price, but not worth $700+ a night - there are too many better options!”

“El hotel es espectacular, la decoración y arquitectura súper lindos. Tuvimos una mala experiencia con el servicio. Llegamos a cenar y pedimos una botella de vino, los meseros como ya querían cerrar en lugar de avisar del tiempo decidieron llenar las copas para que esta se terminara. Cobraron un “servicio” que nunca notificaron y además que fue pésimo como nos atendieron, al momento de preguntar comentaron que eran impuestos. Nos bajamos al bar y todo lindo , aunque cero previsión de sana distancia o gel o mínimo cubrebocas. Lo mismo , cobraron un servicio por un par de copas sin consultar si estábamos de acuerdo. Al final el gerente se porto de una forma nefasta , nos amenazo con que iba a llamar a la policía ( ya habíamos pagado todo) la cual nunca llegó. Definitivamente un lugar nefasto en cuanto servicio y cobros, no es el coste es que no avisan y adicional atienden de la patada.”
