“We arrived early and they were able to let us access our room early. The concierge was very welcoming which has been a problem for me at past hotels. The room was clean and every staff member I passed was happy to say hello or good morning. My husband complained that the self check out on the t.v. didn't work for him. I didn't try it. I wish getting to the pool was a little easier, but overall I would definitely visit again.”
