Clean, quiet, peaceful, friendly staff…room had internet and a nice TV… close to CVS, the movies, restaurants and shopping… nice.

The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Service at hotel was fantastic and we are grateful for the free shuttle service they provide. Overall great experience.

The rooms here aren’t bad. Reminds me of a studio apartment kind of. It seemed to be a popular location according to how busy the place seemed upon arrival. The hotel also has a restaurant attached to it called Bamboo that serves asian style cuisine but to a higher degree than your average Chinese restaurant. There is also and indoor pool for those that want to swim in the winter months. The beds here offer super soft linens and comforters and I found it easy to not even know I fell asleep once laying on the mattress for a short time. The hotel was also newly renovated and the bathrooms featured decent sized tubs in the event you wanted to take a bath. Our room unfortunately didn’t have a working drain plug but it is what it is. I chose to stay here after the Fairfield inn down the street made bogus claims that damage to their room was made after we complained about bed bugs in the room. This hotel is a lot nicer, I was able to find for a better price, and cleaner than its competitor that we left. If you have to choose between the two this one takes the cake any day of the week.

8/10/21 A carteira do meu namorado foi deixada e a gerência me ligou que foi muito apreciada. Meu namorado vai pegar sua carteira e, obviamente, verifica seu extrato para ter certeza de que está tudo bem.Alguém cobrou US $ 137 em seu cartão do banco TD de uma locadora de veículos, depois outra cobrança para o frigobar / loja dentro do hotel (não compramos nada durante a nossa estadia) ...... Vou em frente e ligo para o hotel e peça para falar com um gerente e me dizem "ele está em uma reunião sem horário de término" .......Palavras não podem descrever a raiva que sinto agora. mas é melhor acreditar que vou ver essa situação passar. Esta não é a primeira vez que alguém informa o roubo de itens pessoais após sua estadia. Por que o gerente está em cima disso?

10/8/21 My boyfriends wallet was left and management gave me a call which was much appreciated. My boyfriend goes to pick up his wallet and obviously checks his statement to make sure everything looks okay. Someone charged his TD bank card for $137 @ a car rental company, then another charge for the mini bar/store within the hotel ( we did not purchase anything during our stay ) ...... I go ahead and call the hotel and ask to speak with a manager and I'm told "hes in a meeting with no end time" ....... Words cannot describe the anger I feel right now. but best believe I'm going to see this situation through. This is not the first time someone has reported theft of personal items after their stay. Why is the manager on top of this?

Arrived pretty late and the hotel was overbooked. The receptionist who was very nice apologized profusely. It seems that multiple people were not able to check in due to their overbooking. It would have been better if management had notified us in advance, especially since it was so late at night. Fortunately I was able to book a hotel room down the road, but for a higher price. I can’t really speak to the amenities or anything but I won’t be booking with this Holiday Inn again. Update, I was charged for my stay despite having never stayed at the Holiday Inn. I was told I would need to submit proof that I stayed at the other hotel.

Super clean and a nice modern style. Lots of parking especially if you're driving a U-Haul and a car trailer like I was. Everything smelled so fresh it was a pleasure staying there. Staff were polite and friendly. I did not have the chance to use any of the facilities but I'm sure they're also top notch.

Hotel is clean but you can hear everything from the guests in the adjoining rooms. It sounds like they are in your room with you. Hotel NOT recommended if you want a quiet place for a good nights...
