“This one day stay turned into a nightmare for my wife and I. The main reason we chose this hotel was to use the hot tub it had been a long day and we had driving to do in the morning. Was not able to enjoy that due to a rowdy group at the hotel pool for at least 4 hours on my count maybe longer. Someone from the staff could have asked them to be respectful of other patrons. However that was not the nightmare I was charged twice for the room. I have spent a solid week trying to get this sorted out. I still have not got my money back and I had to escalate the matter to the fraud department at my bank. Is this how you all do business? A brief look at the comments shows that I’m not the only one who dealt with this type of problem. I thought the Hilton name meant something obviously not I will never stay at Hilton hotel again.”

“The service in this hotel was excellent, My wife and I are traveling for leisure and we stayed here we would stay again however I will not be ordering dinner from here again, her salmon was over cooked and my steak was under cooked and the vegetable was to mature to sell. breakfast however was excellent but different chef. The room was spotless, the pool was always stocked with clean, dry towels and the hot tub was nice but a bit stagnant. overall a good experience.”
