Wonderful place to stay!! You will be treated like royalty. I literally did not want to leave. Would love to live here!! Beautiful, quaint, and surreal. A must see!!! Plus the people here are warm and welcoming to tourists! Beautiful city! Safe!

We spent a week at this property, and we loved it! This is a small, adults only hotel that is top notch! Jose and Miguel, our concierge's were terrific! The magic you will experience is powered by beautiful grounds and a staff that does everything to make your comfort and enjoyment the best! They grow many of their own seasonings and herbs on the property, fresh and wonderful. The food was delicious! We will return?

This is an (mostly) all-inclusive resort. I say mostly because there are spa treatments available that will be an additional charge. You are credited about $50 towards any spa treatment per day, but this does not accumulate nor does it count towards nail treatments. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating here, and seem always happy to help. During our first few days staying here there were only 3-4 other couples staying in the hotel. VERY quiet. We were usually the only guests eating at the restaurant at any given time, and the wait staff are very professional and courteous. The main pool water temperature was a little warm for my liking (well over 90 degrees). Our room pool’s water temperature was better however, it did not appear to be cleaned daily. The ocean club is a short drive away from the main hotel, and transportation is provided to and from. Everything there is also included. This hotel is a little on the older side so you will not find some of the amenities you will find in newer facilities however, the service is top notch and you will not regret staying here.

Our experience at Casa Velas for our honeymoon was simply wonderful. The service, location, and attention to detail were outstanding. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional, and many greeted us by name. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful location, this is it.

Awesome Adults only hotel. Beautiful surroundings and rooms. We stayed 5 nights and had a great time. Very quiet. No loud bars or music. No crowds. Excellent service. Greeted by name most of the time. Hotel is not on the beach but in the middle of a golf course. Beach club requires a shuttle but it is actually easier than staying some large beachfront hotel were you have to walk a mile to get to the pool or beach. Shuttle takes you right to the beach and oceanfront pool. We did have dinner once at beach club which was great. Everything you need is provided. Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Worth It!
