We stayed here bc we was going to a concert at Thompson Boling Arena. When we arrived...the electricity was out. We had to climb three flights of stairs when we check in to get to our room. Some may think that isn't a big deal but keep in mind...my 62 year old Aunt was with me & I have severe back problems! Got to the room started getting ready to head out to the concert & couldn't see to do makeup or hair, picked up the phone to contact the front desk to find out what taxi service was recommended...phone was out. The book they have in the room had a list of Taxi services so I start calling from my cell. First three numbers were disconnected & not in service. We did end up contacting one of the other taxi services but you would think that the hotel would update the information in their hand guide. By the time we got in from the concert the Electricity was on...Thank God!

The place was decent but the service was atrocious. Don't waste your money, go to a place with nice people My wife and I were working on the lobby on a project and a cleaning lady turned out the lights on us, and rudely said we need to leave. I mean, we were right in the middle of working, computers and notepads out, and she turned the light out ! Who does that ? I paid for this place, including the lobby, and that's how they treat their guests?

This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. Clean, friendly helpful staff and it’s cute. The bed is soft but firm and you have 4 fluffy pillows. Bring extra covers these are thin. Enjoy your stay.

PROS: Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Water was hot. Neighborhood / parking lot and guests were quiet. CONS: High-K (cool / "blue"), low-wattage lighting used throughout -- lobby, breakfast room, hallways, and room ... YUCK! Makes the place feel cold, like a Soviet apartment building. Our AC unit was noisy/squeaky. The elevator was dingy -- floor dirty (never swept or mopped), stainless steel doors were "smeary," never cleaned during our entire stay. And the "hot" breakfast was pretty average. OVERALL: An OK place to lay your head, cheaper than the $150-200-a-night places downtown, more comfortable than Motel 6 or Super 8. I'd go again to save a buck. But unless they up their breakfast game, plan on breakfast at Wendy's, Mickey-D's, or treat yourself to Cracker Barrel (right next door).

We showed up at 1030 am 10/24 for the TN -FL game. They would not let us check in early, which is fair. The game was at 330, so we left around 1230 to get to the game. Before leaving, we were promised our room would be saved for us. We arrived back at the hotel around 845 pm after the game and was informed the manager gave our room away. For what it’s worth, the front desk was sympathetic, but couldn’t do anything. Once we stated we would be contacting the BBB, the manager stated via phone (front desk called her) that we must leave the property and she was calling the cops. We were not disruptive or mean to anyone. While we knew this was a sketchy hotel from the beginning, we just wanted our room to sleep in for a couple hours before heading back home. I would never and will never stay at this location going forward. **Edited to add - while I didn’t book for the hotel pool pictured, they admitted they kept the pictures on google to boost their appeal.

We stopped here while traveling back to Texas from Maryland. It was clean and comfortable. After a long drive, it was nice to have a fridge, microwave etc. and a balcony . Our dogs were free and it...

I was here for my meeting. Everything was the best.The Staff at the counter was great. The rooms were a good size and very clean. I must say very reasonable. all you really need. I will be there...

The suite was clean and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The suite was broken down into a seating area with eat in kitchen area. The bedroom and bath were separate areas from the seating area...
