“Was very polite I'm a Uber driver was there to pick up a rider and was aloud to use there rest room”
— Kenny Quiring
“It's a nice facility and the staff is really nice.I had to knock off a couple stars just based on my experience with the clientele and not really being able to have a peaceful stay.If you're there on business and need to get rest near a weekend, you may want to stay elsewhere. This hotel seems like it's the "rec center" for a lot of local families.Lots of locals staying there inviting friends up for get togethers that run late.Kids running up and down the halls (wood frame construction means you'll hear/feel it all) not even attempting to dry off after leaving the pool and dripping puddles in the lobby/elevator.Dogs barking. The smell of pot wafting through the halls.Adjoining rooms (with the doors that connect them) don't really do much to isolate sound. If you can hear your neighbor speaking at a normal tone, you can imagine what it's like when they're partying or have younger kids.Generally a clientele void of what some consider to be basic courtesies. All of the signage you'll see spread throughout regarding "quiet time" and smoking policies should be a warning when you get there that this is an ongoing problem that, based on my stay, they're apparently unwilling to actually enforce other than just posting those signs. If you're a person concerned about mask policies, they don't enforce those either - whichever way you happen to swing on that loaded subject.Granted, all of the above not necessarily being *easy* to enforce most of the time, but nonetheless, an issue if you just want a quiet place to stay if you're there for business.(and no, moving to a different room in the middle of the night isn't really a viable option)I'll look elsewhere if I have the need to stay in the area in the future.”
