Not a bad place to stay and relax at. They could definitely step up their game when it comes to cleaning up the hallways. Multiple times that I came back to my room, there was stuff all over the hallways, such as sheets, trash, etc. The rooms were nice and accommodating. The casino was clean, look good, and smelled good. The dealers and staff were always very nice. Check in, well, that could def be improved... And taking away the self check in kiosk... Just why?! I'll definitely be staying here again!

Excelente . Se puede ver todo Las Vegas desde lo mas alto. Tiene bungie jumping. Vista panoramica expectacular. Se puede ir las veces que úno quiere con la misma entrada hasta la noche. Recomiendo ir al 100 % porciento . En el restaurante 108 grados hay un sanwich de pollo muy rico.

Las habitaciones están muy bien. Cama cómoda.Sábanas y toallas impecables. El proceso de check ines rapidísimo aún con la cantidad de gente queestaba en fila. El de check out ni siquiera existe. Solo hay que dejar las llaves en la habitación. El precio conveniente en relación a los demás hoteles del Strip. Muy buena elección

This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I'm sure! Stayed for one night, arrived at 2am. Check in was busy, but workers were working at a good pace. Roxanne was amazing. Treated my friend and I so well, and was very professional and friendly. Our room looked very nice. Highly recommend this hotel. Far enough from the Strip, but not too far.

Espectacular vista de Las Vegas desde su restaurant giratorio Top of the World desde su terraza abierta o desde su bar cerrado. Ideal para pasar un momento tranquilo con buena comida o un buen cocktail disfrutando de la vista aérea del Strip. La comida es espectacular y el servicio excelente, siempre atentos de todo lo que necesites y dándote información de lo que puedes hacer y disfrutar en esta gran torre. El hotel y el Casino por supuesto magníficos también. Otra de las atracciones que se deben visitar.

Me sorprendió de buena manera. Las habitaciones súper nuevas. La atención muy amable. Lo único es que se encuentra en una zona muy alejada. Y es un poco inseguro caminar cerca porque no hay nada alrededor. En mi experiencia el check in es muy lento. No funciona el self check in y siempre hay una fila interminable.

Stayed for one night, arrived at 2am. Check in was busy, but workers were working at a good pace. Roxanne was amazing. Treated my friend and I so well, and was very professional and friendly. Our room looked very nice. Highly recommend this hotel. Far enough from the Strip, but not too far.

Absolutely poor customer service in the hotel. Everyone but one person was super rude, and then we went to the pool, the girls selling skipped us every time, they seemed to be only interested in the older men around, I believe to get a bigger tip. I was forced to go all the way to the other end to the cafe and was told rudely I couldn’t buy anything because my toddler was with me. I was NOT trying to sit there, I was just wanting to buy some stuff for us and come back to our chairs. How exactly am I supposed to buy anything if there is NO service and I can’t walk up and buy either? The girl in charge of the towels was rude as well. She was sitting in the back ignoring everyone, when I called for her to come to the front she rolled her eyes, walked up and slammed 2 towels and IMMEDIATELY turned away even tho I requested 4 for us. I called her again and she again and rolled her eyes and gave me just one more and quickly went back to the back to be on her phone again. I have no problem with them entertaining themselves while they have no guests requiring their help, but once they are, you can’t get an attitude they are asking for help. This was an absolutely ridiculous waste of money. Not worth it at all, I’m talking to management about finishing our stay early and getting refunded because we are NOT dealing with this foolishness any more. We have been here 4 days so far and they have been anything but pleasant at the hotel and we had 5 more, but no thanks. We are over this.

I love this hotel and casino! Every staff member I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I absolutely love the view from up top of this casino. I would recommend putting this place on your bucket list and take a trip to the top. The restaurants are also all very tasty anda good price point for the quality of the food.

Victor at check in was amazing friendly and super awesome. We got to our rooms very beautiful view. Although we found hair on our beds an some black mark on our pillows. Thank Jesus for two beds haha. The stay was alright. In upset that we had to pay a resort fee and didn't use non of the amenities. The pool is closed even though it said it would open in March! It was windy so we couldn't ride rides. Plus in order for us to go to the tower we had to pay an convenience fee!!!! Why when I paid for a resort fee that should cover that. We went during the week rooms was super cheap but they definitely make up for it charging all these dang fees

The room was spacious and accommodating. Decently priced and parking was included. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. The kiosks for checking in or out do not work unless you have the hotel confirmation. There is no other way to pull up your reservation. Messed with it for 30 minutes and still had to get in line for check in. They no longer have boxes to check out to drop off your keys at check out that requiredmaking another line for check out. We called after our third day for service and requested TP, tissue and soap. The room was not serviced nor did we received the supplies requested. Instead they brought us towels. We put the request with the front desk and then we were transferred to housekeeping. Needless to say, not pleased at all. The last concern was about the tub badly stained or not cleaned well and the curtains were broken and didn't cover the window well so I was up every day as soon as the sun came up.

Dishonest pricing, they add a "resort fee" that isn't mentioned anywhere in the booking websites for an extra almost $50 PER DAY!! Which you do not get notified of until check-in, and you cannot opt out of.The resort fee makes this place more expensive than some much nicer hotels per night, I highly recommend staying anywhere else.The staff are very sweet and the rooms were fine, this would be a perfectly good hotel if they weren't trying to scam people with completely dishonest pricing.Will not be staying again.

Buen hotel, le falta una renovación pero para el tiempo que uno está en la habitación es suficiente. La tarifa incluye parking lo que es muy bueno. Dentro de las áreas del hotel podés encontrar Casino, club nocturno, un Starbucks, tiendas de regalo y la famosa Torre Strat, dónde accedes pagando usd 10. También posee gimnasio y piscina. Cerca del monorail que recorre Las Vegas es un establecimiento que está un poco lejos del "ruido" de Las Vegas BV pero está muy bien conectado.

Stayed here 2 days. Price given online did not match what they charged. Always extra added, even after you've paid up front. $183 "deposit" tacked on when you check in. Vultures in casino lobby offering "free gifts" that actually cost $99.00 and will hound you about it every single time you walk through the entry way. Rooms do not include fridge or coffee pots unless you pay an extra $77 to "upgrade". I've stayed at the very best and very worst hotels... all of them have had coffee pots in the rooms. These guys apparently took them out just to scam ya outta mote hard earned cash. This place is an absolute scam (like most of the city). Only positive is that parking was free. Stay somewhere else.

I spent some relaxing time in a massage chair at the Oxygen Bar. Then went to an amazing comedy show. I laughed so hard. I wanted to do the sky jump off the tower but my companions were not on board with the idea. We did go into a kinky shop. It a great place if you forgot to bring something to entice your mate.

The room reeked of cigarettes.But I was there to have peace and quiet.parking is free. Not too far from check in. Ichecked in at 4p not bad. 4 people in front of me. Line went fast and front desk agent was pleasant.I had my own stuff, towels, soap ,water , beer.. just because.Room was clean. The renovation is nice. The observation deck and rides are fun as always. My only issue with the strat is its location, otherwise I love the casino and hotel. Kinda wish there were better/more food options during the week though!

Property is absolutely stunning everything is taken care of so well. The staff was great. The room was easy to Access and convenient. The price was reasonable and I would have given it a 5 star rating however the only complaint I have is that the room wasn't cleaned very well as there was something on the shower curtain and a hair on the side of the tub. ( which btw was so amazing and huge) it was my favorite. Feature!

É um ótimo hotel, com opções de jogos para quem gosta, piscinas e conta com restaurantes bons, principalmente o Top of the Word, que é giratório e com uma vista incrível para a cidade. Alem disso, o hotel é famoso por ter uma torre de entretenimento, ou seja, no final dela há diversas opções de brinquedos, quase um parque de diversões, só que nas alturas. Sua localização é afastada dos pontos mais turísticos, ficando no final da principal avenida, a Strip. Por conta disso, se vc não alugar um carro para se locomover, vai ter que sempre chamar um taxi ou encarar quilômetros de caminhada.

Hotel mto bom, conforto padrao, fiquei em um andar mais baixo e mesmo assim tinha uma vista agradavel, a torre eh mto legal e proporciona uma experiencia muito legal em visual da cidade a noite. A diaria foi em conta, pois aproveitei um pacote com as passagens aereas, a unica coisa que achei fora eh o fato de ter que pagar um valor diario pela utilizaçao da piscina e area e lazer, mas acaba sendo assim em todos os outros, mesmo que nao use. O estacionamento pode ser usado de duas maneiras, com a comodidade do manobrista, o que eh pago, ou vc mesmo pode estacionar utilizando o estacionamento do hotel ao lado que ja esta incluso na diaria.Gostei do hotel.

For an older hotel down the strip, I thought this place was stunning, almost nicer than where we stayed during our trip. The casino was big and clean and bright. The rooftop bar had this frozen strawberry prosecco drink that was DELICIOUS. Braved up and rode the Insanity. This will definitely be on my list of places to stay when I go back.

Had not been at this Hotel since the late 90's and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to see how they have remodeled and improved the overall look and comfort of the rooms and the facility. Being the last hotel on the strip the location is not ideal if you don't have a car, but rideshare services are easily available and fast. Restaurants are good and you can't beat the view from the top of the tower.

La seguridad en el hotel es nula...osea se supone que están ahí pero en el momento del acto están escondidos...me robaron mi bolso en el lobby del hotel mientras trabajaba con mi laptop y nadie vio nada...me robaron casi 3000$ de las tarjetas + objetos personales valorizados en casi 600$ + 400$ en efectivo...las cámaras de seguridad por las puras nadie pudo hacer algo en ese momento, cuando me acerque a seguridad vieron las cámaras y dijeron que si una persona se acercó y jalo mi bolso, pero porque no hacen nada en ese momento!!! Totalmente indignada.

La infraestructura fuera de las habitaciones me parecio super, pero tienen habitaciones muy viejas, incompletas (ni una pequeña nevera tenian), ademas la limpieza no es la mejor, se ve falta de atencion en las habitaciones, creo que solo se enfocan en el casino y areas como lobby etc. Ademas los fee que cobran extras al llegar no reembolsables. Yo lo escogi por booking.com y no quede satisfecha.

This review is for the casino only, as I am staying at a different hotel. The staff here were very pleasant and helpful, and I was impressed by how CLEAN the gaming floor and restrooms were. I didn’t hear the usual screaming and carrying on that is so common in other casinos on the Strip, and the piped-in music was way better, too. Would visit again.

I brought 24 people for Christmas last year. My biggest complaints are #1 out of all these people I brought, nobody won anything from the casino....straight losses! #2 they offer smoking rooms but have no ventilation. #3 i paid a resort fee for nothing more than access to a fitness center...no pool, no spa, no hot tub...nothing. So $37 a day for a fitness center nobody used. I would not even pay $37 for a monthly gym membership but the strat forced me to pay it daily for 7 rooms. Huge rip off there! Absolutely no resort amenities but a huge resort fee. Other than that it was enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing every single time we come!!! We are treated wonderfully, and never want our stay to end! Our host Amber is amazing, and the rest of the staff seemed fantastic as well. Our suite is gorgeous, spacious, and spotless. The restaurants never disappoint, it's never overly crowded, but still lively. The cocktail waitresses never made us wait,and our drivers were absolutely fantastic!! Too much to list, but 100% our happy place!

Will not stay here again. I’ve always admired this hotel and was excited about the opportunity to stay here. Just because something looks nice on the outside doesn’t mean that the inside is nice. The bathroom sink was just that, a sink. No space to put any personal items. I was confused as to why there was a drain on the bathroom floor, until I took a shower and the entire floor was flooded with water. There was no microwave and no refrigerator but what did it was that there wasn’t an iron or ironing board. After being on hold for over thirty minutes requesting an iron I was told that they would bring one up. Waited for a few hours called back, after waiting on hold for another long period of time, I was told that no irons were available but I would be the first to get one the next day. Two days later NO IRON!! The nightstands didn’t have lamps and there wasn’t a clock in the room. Very disappointed.

We stayed here for five days. The food at the tower is great ( Great pictures ❤️too The casinomachines definitely will give you some money back. The lady with the drinks sucks, she askeda twice if we wanted a drink. The mix drinks are water down, ( request beers if possible) also, she doesn’t come back with the drinks.The room situation from the last message was fixed. ( Money 💴 back for two nights ) Stay away from the Grill house.

Es una buena opcion para quedarse en un sitio aceptable ya que sus precios son bajos. La ubicacion es pesima lejos de todo drogadictos afuera lo unico que hay cerca es comida chatarra. Respecto a su casino es el peor que he estado gaste 500 en una slot y me devolvio solo 40 dolares... en cualquier casino europeo te devolverian 300 350 o mas, no apuesten alli.

El hotel es enorme, casino en la parte de abajo y con restaurantes para poder comer y comprar recuerdos. El personal, al menos con los que tuve contacto no son muy simpáticos y tratan de tener el menor contacto posible. Las habitación son grandes pero un poco antiguas, si querés una más moderna te la ofrecen pero pagando un plus, si querés limpieza en la habitación tenés que pedirla, sino no lo hacen. Desde el estacionamiento de taxis, sale un micro gratuito que lleva a la parte norte de la ciudad hasta los outlet, con varias paradas intermedias. Tiene wifi gratis

We were given wrong information on everything from pricing for attractions, resort fees and what those cover to the side of town this is on and how accessible this is to other attractions. It is NOT in walking distance and good luck if you wind up down a side street as this hotel in a very rough part of town they will tell you is safe. As a single mom of a child with special needs I am more than disappointed this being her first vacation. The bed was so hard & uncomfortable she cried and wanted to go home. We moved to the Linq and had the time of our lives. We tried to have our booking agent call to notify we were leaving and nobody would answer. I tried calling several times and had to pull a Karen in the lobby to get a manager to understand we were leaning. I did not yell or scream and simply stood my ground saying I wanted a manager. They had not ONE BUT TWO huge grown adult male armed guards come up to ask us the problem. I thought they were police. I had to tell them to please stand down as I could see my daughter getting ready to have a panic attack and meltdown. The manager finally came and said they were too busy to deal with this but promised to call me the following day. I’m still waiting and for my refund.

Friends of ours stayed there. they absolutely loved it. The casino had every game imaginable. Games always had open seats, crowded but not overcrowded. They loved the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. we didn't go to the SkyPod but we did watch a guy Bungeejump off of it, which was phenomenal to watch. I understand that the sky pod is fantastic. talked to some people who actually had been up there. They absolutely loved it so I would rather definitely recommended it. Thalia is very picky and she loved it.

The Strat has been my go to for lodging the last several trips. While not the newest or nicest property.. some of the renovations have helped.I enjoy the size of the space.. not too big yet just enough to enjoy yourself.

A lot of things to do here, great views and great drinks in the top of the tower! The people running the Sky jump could be a little more friendly but I’m sure they deal with a lot of people daily, regardless my wife told me they were kinda rude and short tempered. We aren’t difficult people and I know my wife is too kind to say anything to them in the moment so I’m doing it here in hopes they just do a retrain of their staff in attitude and customer service.Either way my wife loved the jump and the guy waiting at the bottom was nice to me while I was waiting. Worth the trip! Again sunset and night hours give the best photo op!

I stayed at this place for a night and took the upgrade to one of the renovated rooms. The stay was pleasant with good rooms and toilet and unlike other places free coffee. There’s a resort fee but staying here will give you a discount to access skypod and the rides. The only thing I didn’t like about this place was the location. The surroundings were pretty dirty and shady away from the main part of the strip.

We payed an upgrade fee to stay in the recently remodeled side of the hotel, in addition to the daily "resort fee". The flooring in the bathroom had air bubbles and the ceiling paint was peeling badly. The shower has no door. It looks cool in pictures but can be drafty.The refrigerator was nice but we would have preferred a microwave to a coffee maker. Also, only one set of pillows per bed? Holiday Inn Express is better in every way.There are three elevator banks to the hotel rooms - select, central, and north towers. If you do stay here and don't want to traverse the casino floor to get to your room, you can take the "select tower" elevators to your floor and walk all the way across the floor to the end of the "north tower" if needed. There aren't separate towers.

Realmente el hotel esta viejo y todas las instalaciones necesitasn remodelacion. Por otro lado está la situación en Las Vegas en general con el covid aunque supuestamente todo esta abierto hay muchas instalaciones y restaurantes que no trabajan o trabajan por pocas horas o solo algunos dias.

Es un gran Hotel, no hay falla con el hospedaje en Las Vegas, los precios son realmente buenos, y como valor agregado al ser huésped de este Hotel, puedes subir al mirador las veces que quieras y te dan un pase para subirte a las atracciones que se encuentran en el último piso. Hay cientos de tiendas y opciones qué comer las 24 horas. Si bien se encuentra un poco lejos del Strip, en camión o taxi estarás en la acción en 15 minutos. Eu gostei muito da hospedagem, quarto amplo, varanda, muito confortável, a torre então ... o que é aqulo !!!! um dos elevadores mais rápidos do mundo 34 km/h, a vista é incrível, ele fica bem na ponta da Las Vegas Boulevard. O deck fica no 108° andar e os brinquedos "insanos" vão até o 112° andar. Hóspedes não pagam para visitar o deck.

How could u go wrong staying at this casino.. For the value price,,u get so many different activities to include into your itinerary.. From sky jumping.. (Which I don't play in a harness 🤫). To the sky pod.. 2 pools, plenty of liquor.. Oh make your RSVP to the restaurant BEFORE booking flight tickets.. That's important.... It's a great location.. Walking distance to almost everything that Vegas has to offer.. And the historic Vegas signs are a mere couple feet from the hotel entrance,I could go on about this hotel.... Oh and it's over of the few hotels that allow check in before 3pm..♥️♥️♥️♥️S/O to the young lady that works front desk (Shy).. congratulations on the baby.

This place is flashy and nice at the common areas like the front desk, casino, pool and their attractions but the hotel rooms are not it especially for the price. Took over 30 minutes just to check in and when I got to my room, it looked like a room worth less than $100 not the $300+ per night I paid. I went to the front desk to get it changed (was willing to pay more for a nicer room) since the room was just dingy looking, bathroom reminded me of a public restroom and the view was literally the dirty parking garage. The floor we were placed on had puke and gunk all over the place, it reeked of weed and felt like I was going to get a contact high. I was told by the front desk that they were unable to switch rooms until the next day and when I called today, they refused to switch rooms without even giving a reason why. I didn’t even have a chance to explain why I wanted to switch rooms. I waited over 30 minutes on the phone alone just to have the front desk person tell me in less than a minute they can’t change my room and hang up the phone. The parking situation is even worse, although the valets service is free. You aren’t a priority if you don’t tip and if you do tip, you will still be waiting an insane amount of time to get your car back. It’s nearly impossible to park by yourself in the garage. This place is way too far away from the strip to be charging these prices for barely average rooms. I think it’s a good place to visit for anything else besides staying here at the hotel, it’s a nightmare. I would recommend staying somewhere else

The tickets here to go to the Observation deck was cheap - $20 or an additional $ off if you have a coupon or military discount. It’s an all day pass too, and when we went there it was almost empty at the evening. It’s just like any other skyscraper; all around view of Vegas, far until the reaches of sands and canyons. My boyfriend and I loved the view from above, and how spacious it was at the time we visited. There's some cafe and gift shops at the indoor deck, and service for drinks and food at the tables there too. There were multiple activities to do at the top floor, besides overseeing the wonderful view of the Las Vegas city. (We skipped on the rides however) The outdoor deck was a floor up, and had some fun interactive screens about the site. All the employees here who served us, plus security were friendly in guiding us to the top of the tower. I highly recommend visiting the Stratosphere on your visit to Vegas, and check out their other activities and events that happen at this location. You won’t regret it!

Wow! Can't wait to come back again! Got this place for a fantastic price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I love this resort and I'm extremely thankful I stayed at my favorite place for much less than what I usually spend. Older hotel but looking great with the recent renovations. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a nice view. Great Casino with plenty of options. FREE Valet & FREE Self Parking! (Cannot beat that in Vegas!) The Tower provides a great view. Customer service was excellent throughout our stay!

I stayed hear 5 years ago when I got married in Las Vegas. And returned this year to celebrate my 5th wedding anniversary. A great place with great staff. Rooms are clean, quiet and cozy. Public restrooms are nice and clean. And the view from the observation deck is not to be missed, day or night. The filtered air even has a nice flowery scent. I give it 5 stars

Tinha uma reserva para este hotel no ano passado (2020) e, mesmo em meio à pandemia eu fui recebido em outros três hotéis em diferentes cidades no Estado da Califórnia e Nevada, porém este, simplesmente fechou as portas sem qualquer contato prévio ou realocação. Desrespeito total pela clientela.

I was on Level 11 so the view was wonderful. Room was spacious, King Bed was comfortable, pillows so fluffy and soft. Jacuzzi tub with Shower was the most enjoyable relaxed time of my life. Air Conditioner worked well. House keeping Lady was very nice in helping me. July 4, 2020

O hotel no geral é bom o quarto é bem espaçoso ( a geladeira não gela por motivos óbvios ), os hospedes tem acesso a torre do Stratosphere de graça. Dependendo do quarto a sua janela da numa parede ou no telhado do estacionamento. Tem que cuidar também que na hora da reserva tem alguns custos que não estão listados e que são cobrados na hora. Dependendo do horário que chegar o checkin é bem demorado ( o checkout da pra fazer direto pela TV do quarto )

350 m de Adrenalina al máximo!!! Si te gusta la aventura y disparar la adrenalina, os recomiendo subi a la lanzadera y caida libre. Dios mio, cuando te lanzan al cielo.... ahhhhhhhhhhh,cuando haces caida libre ufffffuuu,tu decides, yo recomiendo las dos.

Took my hubby there to celebrate our anniversary. Staff was great, they were able to switch rooms to better accommodate us. Room was clean, had a great view. Got to lounge at the pool, listen to music and watch the people drop from the top of the stratosphere. Great atmosphere, loved it. Can't wait to see what all the renovations reveal when we return again. The only unfortunate part was, we didn't have a small fridge for our stay.

The Strat is one of my favorite places in Las Vegas. We have had such a good lunch in the cafe on the top of the tower. There was an amazing view of the city! They don't charge nothing for entry but the minimum spending is $30 per person. We took awesome pictures and really enjoyed the views and food as well. Highly recommend to everyone in Vegas!

The Service: Wonderful service at the front desk, Laurie and Nelson. They are efficient and professional. Very pleasant customer service! The Room: Elite room is spacious. There are fridge and coffee machine in the room, very convenient. The Hotel: There are a few restaurants on site, Starbucks coffee, souvenir shops, etc. The Parking: FREE self parking. The entrance to the casino/hotel is at Level 3.

Got a great deal on WorkingAdvantage on a Suite. Check in line took about an hour. Air conditioning in room was a complete joke. Enjoyed every other aspect! Buffet was really good. Casino was well maintained and relatively smoke free

The place is very dated. The rooms were super disappointing. Definitely would have spent the money to stay at another resort had I known. The tower thing is cool but a little blah after the first few minutes. This place is kind of off the beaten path (it's on the strip but on the far end of it). All in all it was fine but not what I expected.

This hotel is just ok. Good Valet, quick Check-In but the rooms are old and housekeeping lacks tremendously. Phone and remote were dirty and roll of tissue was at the very end. Margaritas in big cups...
