“I was scheduled to stay at the Grand Sirenis in June till July 2020; obviously due to the Covid-19 situation- they are closed. I did this booking through Orbitz. Between Orbtiz and the Hotel- they gave me a hard time for a refund- its been weeks trying to get a straight answer from either side. The hotel will NOT refund my money: even though they are closed- and this is not a fault of my own- having to cancel: they offered to "changed the dates" - and any difference i would have to pay for in the future. To me this is bad business and bad customer service. I would never recommend Orbtiz or Grand Sirenis: Be careful: they could care less that we are in a worldly Pandemic: they just want your money”
