“Less of a hotel more of a tiered motel... The bed was incredibly comfortable and the reception looks quite clean and modern. We had issues with our room as we had a pram and there is no lift so we had to get a downgrade of room and got a smaller bed even though promised it was the same size bed. (Not sure why they ask if you have children under x when booking online..) The 4+ star review on maps is VERY generous (see images of the state of the room). The wife decided to book is a "fancy stay" at a Marriott no our way up the country with baby and it really was not that. For a room over £100 a night it's lacking a lot. No sockets by the bed so bring a three meter cable or extension cord if you want your phone by your bed or to use your laptop in bed. The room dose not accommodate taller people the shower head reached my shoulder and it's clearly not cleaned by taller people ether, used face towelettes and heavy dust on items above shoulder height pretty nasty feel when walking arround the room. Service as ok, even though I thought I had paid online "The system was being upgraded" which means I had to go through payment etc again. Very unlikely we will be back to stay (but will definitely come back for the food!) And most definitely not recommended. Would say only stay here if you only need/care about a comfy bed not the facilities.”

“Tired parents booked in for the weekend, we were greeted by Sophie who was not only extremely lovely over the phone, but amazing when we arrived. She has outstanding customer service skills and made us feel so relaxed on arrival. Amazing room, clean facilities and amazing staff! Would always recommend this place.”
