“Excellent service and food from the Grand Bahia Principe Esmeralda. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay and the beach was really nice and clean. Buffets had a lot of choice and was fresh all the time. A la carte restaurants we also very good for an all inclusive. I highly recommend this resort !”

“This is my third stay at this hotel and this by far is the worst experience I've had. During our 5days stay we had to change room four times. On arrival day we changed room first because of cleanliness, then the power went out in the second room. On the third night our room got flooded even tho we were on the top floor. Water was running down the closet doors and from the ceiling. We had to be moved to another room after having to visit the front desk twice. We were offered a 25min massage for all this inconvenience but, a sincere apology would have been much better.”
