We’ve come to this place now annually for five years. It’s the perfect resort for us. Our most recent visit was the best service we have ever received. It’s not a party resort for annoying Americans.. but rather a quiet resort with a lot of local guests. Breakfast buffet is delicious, the beach is amazing, and the pool is refreshing. It’s a great value stay as it’s comfortable luxury. Not excessive and not over priced. If you like a clean unassuming resort where you feel like you have the place to yourself even with others around.. look no further.

Rooms are dated and fairly simple layout, but are comfortable and are great to rest which is the point of them. Housekeeping comes in a couple of times per day which is great. Valet parking crew is very helpful as well as people at concierge. Can't go wrong with the buffet breakfast by the beach. Gustavo and Don Emilio are great during service. Willing to answer all of our questions about the area and where to go and avoid tourist traps. Don Anatolio was working the grounds when we were at the pool at night and was very eager to help and take time to give us insights about the area. Overall great experience.

This hotel is breathtaking. It may be one of Cancun’s best kept secrets. It’s further or maybe the farthest hotel on the hotel zone, but it’s a hidden gem. I would stay here very time I go. The sand and outdoor space is absolutely stunning. They have many places to enjoy including restaurants and a spa. The place is beautifully kept. It’s extremely clean, the views are amazing. The lobby will make you gasp. The staff of friendly and helpful. They made sure my family knew it was paradise. Loved everything about this hotel. So much we stayed again the next time it was available. And will stay again.

Great stay! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The pool is amazing and my sons made friends so it was nice for them to have kids to play with while on vacation. Room service was quick and yummy. Pool bar service was also quick and yummy. The beach is also lovely with beautiful white sand and lots of swings for cool photos. My only issues came during breakfast time. The servers were very slow and down right rude. Getting coffee or anything to drink was impossible. The cashier ended up helping us each time. Other than that, our stay was excellent and we would consider returning but bring our own drinks for breakfast. Lol.

This beautiful place has everything you could ever need for a relaxing get away. Soft sandy beach, multiple bars, restaurant with delicious food, pool, gift shop, spa (highly recommended the relaxation message), large workout room, amazing rooms with air conditioning that works, helpful and polite staff, beautiful and spacious lobby, tours to cultural and historic locations, close proximity to local food, shopping and, entertainment. Oh and did I mention the incredible bar?? Seriously, you will NOT be disappointed. Safe with 24 security. Across the street is a pharmacy and a gas station/subway. I highly recommend this hotel and would encourage everyone to stay and relax here!

La comida es muy rica en el buffete y en los restaurantes a la carta. Todo el personal muy amable con mexicanos y extranjeros, trato por igual. Super serviciales pero sin llegar a ser invasivos.El hotel tiene dos albercas, una de ella tiene jaquzzies. Cuenta con una playa hermosa. Las habitaciones son cómodas y cuentan con todo necesario para hacer de tu estadía algo confortable.En nuestro caso el vuelo salía a las 11:00 pm y al hacer que check out a las 12 pm de ese día nos dijeron que podíamos seguir accediendo a las instalaciones como playa y baño de zona común.Muy recomendable, viajamos en pareja.

El hotel es simplemente impresionante. Las instalaciones son de lujo, y la atención no se diga. Desde que llegas es como estar en otro mundo. Todo está increíblemente limpio, las instalaciones son preciosas. Desde la entrada tienes todas las atenciones, el personal sumamente amable y atento. Dejas tu carro con el vallet, si no traes ellos te consiguen un taxi que llega en menos de 5 minutos. En el lobby tienen una sala de espera que en realidad parecen muchas, muy cómodas y con las medidas de distancia reglamentarias, sumamente limpio y bien ventilado. Tienen café y agua disponible en todo momento y por la mañana incluso galletitas y bocadillos. Los baños del lobby están preciosos, muy limpios y equipados. La habitación en la que yo me quedé sumamente espaciosa, aunque no me encantó la idea del cristal transparente en la regadera que da directo a la habitación, todo lo demás sumamente bien. Hay frigobar y te dan 4 botellitas de agua al día de cortesía. Así como unas capsulitas para café. Cuenta con secadora de cabello, plancha y caja de seguridad, además de amenidades. La alberca principal está muy bonita, el agua super rica y muy muy limpia, no hay vegetación cerca así que tampoco hay bichitos circundando. Hay unos jacuzzis al rededor en donde puedes relajarte y es exquisito. A mí me incluía la reservación el desayuno, el cual es buffet, se encuentra muy bien surtido y la comida está muy rica. Hay para todos los gustos, incluyendo un área libre de gluten (de la que comí sin querer jeje por no leer, pero los pastelitos deliciosos) y tienen unas bolitas de queso que literalmente vuelan!! Porque son riquísimas. La playa es increíble, de verdad un paraíso, parece una alberca, la arena sumamente finita y limpia, el agua riquísima, te puedes sentar en los camastros o en la arena sin problema. Es delicioso. Simplemente vale toda la pena del mundo, me hubiera gustado quedarme más tiempo.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. As the private beach is faced to North, the ocean waves are more quiet than the other hotels. I recommend this hotel to those who likes to swim in the sea.

The location is fabulous- to wake every morning to a beautiful ocean vista with azure seas washing onto a sugar sand beach is just the way you need to start the day! Although the dining options appeared somewhat limited for a 9 day stay, in reality we were delighted with the food and greatly appreciative of the care and service provided by the fantastic staff. We would particularly like to commend Oscar and Karen who made our beach-side breakfasts a highlight of the day. The selection of food at this buffet breakfast is vast and the quality is extremely high. We particularly enjoyed the selection of fresh fruit that was always available. Our evenings were generally spent at Le Cap - also a beach-side restaurant. Again our personal highlights were the tuna carpaccio, the catch of the day fish on offer and the margaritas- particularly when prepared by the charming and helpful Abraham.

I can say good things about this hotel. Customer service at it's best. Ample, beautiful super clean where you can find any service you like. They gave us 2 free breakfasts per day it was 3 of us, which was delicious and so abundant. They offer lunch and dinner and have 3 bars. 2 swimming pools and 4 hot tubs(that were not hot) a spa and a store. Concierge service. I'm extremely pleased.

El hotel está muy bonito, no es nuevo ni lujoso pero está muy bien conservado, la piscina hermosa y deliciosa, la habitación pequeña pero perfecta, el hotel es más para adultos no hay ninguna actividad para niños, la salida a la playa hermosa y la playa del frente del hotel es de ensueño! La gente y la atención y el servicio es inigualable la verdad vale la pena este hotel 100% el restaurante del hotel está buenísimo y barato

Dou 4 estrelas ao hotel e 1 estrela a todo o staff. Super antipáticos, imprestáveis, horrível mesmo! Do pior que já me aconteceu. Sempre com má cara, ao pequeno almoço deixei de contar as vezes que queriam levantar a mesa quando ainda estávamos a comer e ainda faltavam 45min para fechar. No jantar que era pago por nós os miúdos levantaram-se para virem falar connosco quando deram conta levaram os copos ainda com bebidas!!!! Para esquecer!

After booking a prepaid reservation and attempting to check in the hotel, I was told there was no reservation. The manager did not care to contact the booking agency. I even preceded to show the manager my email confirmation of my reservation. The manager, Jorge only told me to sit down, wait and that if I wanted my issue to be resolved that I needed to call the travel agency myself. I asked to speak with a manager and he replied in a rude tone “I am the manager right now!” So next i continued to look for a representative to attend me in checking in my luggage. Finally after waiting close to 2 hours in the lobby, I was able to get a room. I never write bad reviews but I did not pay to stay somewhere I am spoken to in a rude tone. Also, I expected better service because the chain of Intercontinental hotels usually come with professionalism and great experiences.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any hotel. This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. Great hotel with great service. All of the food is delicious with moderate prices. Best beach in Cancun. All white sands and no rocks!

Don't expect much from the rooms at this hotel. Our room was horrible. Our biggest issues were having to take cold showers each day, the shower head, and other holders, falling off the walls, and we couldn't adjust the temperature in the room. These are the main things I look for in a hotel. I want a comfortable place to sleep and shower and this hotel didn't provide either of those basics. The property was beautiful and right on the beach so that was something. I was in communication with the General Manager, Guillermo, at one point. I got a "canned" response but no response to my request for some form of compensation for the horrible stay we had. We will never stay there again.

My husband and I stayed there for our honeymoon (mid July) and really enjoyed it. The private beach was worth it all. It barely had seaweed while the public beaches struggled - and they had great free beds with shade on the beach. Great pools/jacuzzis (little pools with jets), clean and comfortable room, super nice staff, great photographer who took perfect honeymoon photos of us. This hotel made our Cancun honeymoon experience the best that it could be.

Beautiful resort, with a lot of amenities. I gave this 3 stars because they promote having 5 restaurants but they only had 2, open to us. One was temporarily closed, one was for special members, and I don’t know where the other one was. They also say you can do money exchange, but that was across the street and it happened to be raining but they didn’t offer or sell umbrellas or ponchos, like the other hotels do. Rooms were nice but very thin walls and ceilings. I could hear my neighbors phone vibration and chairs moving on the ceiling. Don’t get me wrong, the rooms are still beautiful and the beach view is amazing. One of restaurants service was extremely slow, even when it wasn’t busy, we were there for at least an hour waiting on things that take minutes to do. Pool is nice but no jacuzzi, as advertised. If you want a quiet resort, away from the parties, I would recommend staying here.

Stayed one night after extending our stay and our other hotel, Fiestas Americanas Cancun villas was full. On the 3rd floor we had a nice view of the water, room was nice, bathroom/vanity area was really attractive. The fish tacos were Sooo Good as were the daiquiris! The beach area was well maintained; a few covered seats less than my other hotel. Really liked the multiple pools as well.. The smallest issue I encountered was our room key didn't work in the elevator one time. Other than that the stay was really nice, would definitely stay again when in Cancun

This resort is very clean and spacious. Has great design and entices you with great outdoor spaces. The beach is well kept and was not busy at all. We were there a week before spring break. The room has a beautiful view and the housekeeping staff and front esk staff are very friendly. The food here is mediocre at best. We experienced food from the morning breakfast buffet, the beach restaurant and neither were food we wanted to come back to. The bartender staff at inside bar and outside beach bar made it very clear that they did not want to be there. We waited ten minutes for a drink at the outside bar and noticed that the bartender was refusing to serve anyone at the bar. This was at 9PM. The crowd was getting anxious and made it clear that they wanted service, however completely ignored just as we were. We decided to go inside for drink service and felt the very same cold shoulder. We were fine as we did not base our getaway on drinking at the bar. We based our experience off the beach and activities which were amazing. We did like that the resort was not full of children and families, but adult more couples. Again, very nice clean hotel but the food and service could use a makeover.
